Refund policy
Strict No-Return Policy All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or accidental purchases.
Damaged or Defective Items The only exception to our no-return policy is if your item arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photographic or video proof of the damage along with your order number to supportsoukfy@gmail.com. Once we verify the proof, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
